The staff at this guesthouse were extremely friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from, including fried eggs and fruit. Additionally, the location of the guesthouse was convenient, being just a short walk from the bus station and easily accessible.
There were a few minor drawbacks to my stay at this guesthouse. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the beds were a bit short for taller guests, resulting in their feet extending onto the adjacent bed.

I got great value for my money at this guesthouse. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location was central and convenient, with everything I needed nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English was impressive.
Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We stayed at a great hostel in Vang Vieng. the staff were really nice and the breakfast they provided was delicious. They even gave us toiletries like shampoo, razors, and toothbrushes. What impressed us the most was that they served breakfast half an hour earlier than usual so that we wouldn't miss our bus. the location was also perfect, with everything within walking distance. the dorm rooms were comfortable and the bathroom facilities were clean. the family who runs the hostel was lovely and helped us with our onward planning. Plus, the free breakfast was a great bonus!
Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the night market and easily accessible from the main road. The showers were a pleasant surprise, with consistent warm water and good water pressure. the staff was helpful and accommodating, providing us with information and assistance whenever needed.
There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired.

Clean room and bathroom, bar inside , friendly receptionist, good wifi. Great breakfast, not on maps, good restaurant food. Free whiskey every night. No bunk beds. Ugly room but clean, OK mattress, vegan-friendly breakfast, cheap fruit shakes. Nice personnel, delicious food, low price, central location.

I had a great time staying at Army Barracks in Vang Vieng. My 4-night stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The rooms were cozy with ample space for belongings and a large window. The bathroom was new and well-equipped with shower essentials. The hot shower had good water pressure. The air conditioning and fan provided comfort. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The food served was also tasty and reasonably priced. The location, away from the main party area, offered a peaceful environment and more affordable dining options nearby. Highly recommended!
100% Recommend this hotel.

The location of the guesthouse was very central, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was good, giving us a tasty start to our mornings. The guesthouse offered cheap bus tickets, making it easy for us to travel around. There were mountain bikes available for rent, allowing us to explore the area. The double room we booked came with a shared bathroom, but we were upgraded to a room with a private bathroom for the same price. The guesthouse had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful stay.
Felt warm, no complaints at all.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The breakfast was delicious, with unlimited bread, tea, and coffee. The owner, An, was really kind and even helped me with my visa to Vietnam and ticket to Hanoi. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. The showers were clean and the WiFi was good. I also appreciated that it wasn't a party hostel like the neighboring one. I highly recommend staying at this hostel.

During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and quiet atmosphere at Army Barracks Guesthouse. The room I stayed in was equipped with a cozy bed, a spacious bathroom, and a powerful shower. Despite the lack of windows in my private room, I enjoyed the peacefulness it provided without any outside noise or light disturbances. The inclusion of breakfast and decent WiFi were also a plus. Additionally, the location of the guesthouse was conveniently just a short 5-minute walk from the town center.

The location was great, with a night market just around the corner. Despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet for a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable, with great foam mattresses, and I even had a balcony off my room. The lounge on the ground floor served delicious food, and breakfast, although basic, was complimentary. The staff were helpful and attentive, providing large bottles of water during the city's water issues. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

We had a great stay at this guesthouse. the location was excellent, within walking distance of a night market and close enough to walk into town. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the portions at the restaurant were huge. Great value for money!
The air-conditioning didn't work very well, sometimes turning off and on.
